Free Consultation
We meet, discuss your properties and goals, and walk you through our management agreement and fee structure with full transparency.
Property Onboarding
We visit your property, conduct an inspection, take photos, set up your owner account in TenantCloud, place a sign and lockbox, and create your listing. One-time $250 setup fee.
Tenant Placement
We market your vacancy, screen applicants, select a qualified tenant, execute the lease, collect the deposit, and handle move-in.
Ongoing Management
Monthly rent collection, maintenance, inspections, bill payment, owner disbursements, and full reporting — all handled for you month after month.
